SUNDAY, August 15th 2021
“Because she belonged to Christ,
Mary, our Queen, is raised to heaven.
A great sign for all those
who believe in her son”.
- The Feast we celebrate today should fill us with joy,
knowing that God never forgets his children and faithful
believers, and even more, he promises us heaven, as a place of
final encounter with him in his house: “I have prepared a place
for you, and when I go and take my place at the right hand of
my Father, I will come and take you one at the time, for where I
will be, I want you to be and to live with me”.
- The reading from the Apocalypse shows us today in
a figurative way that place: “And there appeared in heaven a
woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet,
and on her head a crown of twelve stars” … Today we all, as
children of Mary, place our intercessions in her hands, so that,
with her help, she may preserve us and deliver us from all evil.
Today she ascends to Heaven to receive the greatest reward
that God has given to a human and divine being, like our Lady
- The Second Reading reminds us that Christ rose as
the first fruits of all the dead, in order to raise us too, as the
advent of those who belong to Christ. In the same way, after
having annihilated the powers of evil, Christ will hand over his
Kingdom to his Father. Thus, the prophecies concerning Mary
are fulfilled today: Today she was taken up to heaven and all
the angels rejoice.
- I invite you with the beautiful Magnificat Prayer,to raise
our gaze towards God today and with our own handwriting
write our own Magnificat, indicating the best moments we
have lived with the Lord, as a summary of our personal life
project, which we began on the day of our Baptism and which
we finish when we meet again with God in his Kingdom. - Thank you, Blessed Mary, for your total and definitive
YES, which has become for us, your children, a Covenant and a
promise before God in his Church.
- MARY, Today we want to entrust to you the future that
awaits us, asking you to accompany us on our journey.

“Porque Ella pertenecía a Cristo,
María, Nuestra Reina, es elevada al cielo.
Una gran señal para todos
los que creen en su hijo”
- La Fiesta que celebramos hoy nos debe llenar de alegría,
al saber que Dios nunca olvida a sus hijos y fieles creyentes, y
más aún, nos promete el cielo, como lugar de encuentro final
con El en su casa: “Les he preparado un lugar, y cuando vaya
y tome lugar a la diestra de mi Padre, vendré y me los llevare
uno a uno, porque donde yo estaré, quiero que estén y vivan
conmigo”.
- La lectura del Apocalipsis nos muestra hoy de manera
figurada ese lugar: “Apareció entonces en el cielo una mujer
envuelta por elsol, con la luna bajo sus pies y con una corona de
doce estrellas en la cabeza” … Hoy todos, como hijos de María,
ponemos en sus manos nuestras intercesiones, para que con su
auxilio nos preserve y libre de todo mal. Hoy Ella sube asunta al
Cielo para recibir el galardón más grande que Dios haya dado a
un ser humano y divino, como a nuestra Señora.
- Nos recuerda la Segunda Lectura, que Cristo Resucitó
como primicia de todoslos muertos, para resucitarnostambién
a nosotros, como advenimiento de los que somos de Cristo. De
igual manera, después de haber aniquilado los poderes del mal,
Cristo entregará a su Padre su Reino. Así, se cumple hoy las
profecías respecto a María: Hoy fue llevada al cielo y todos los
ángeles se alegran.
- Les invito con la hermosa Oración del Magníficat, a
levantar nuestra mirada hacia Dios hoy y con nuestro puño y
letra escribir nuestro propio magníficat, indicando los mejores
momentos que hemos vivido junto al Señor, como resumen de
nuestro proyecto personal de vida, que iniciamos en el día de
nuestro Bautismo y que finalizamos cuando nosreencontremos
con Dios en su Reino.
- Gracias María por su SI total y definitivo, que se ha
convertido para nosotros, sus hijos, en Alianza y promesa
frente a Dios en su Iglesia.
- MARIA, Hoy queremos confiarte el futuro que nos
espera, rogándote que nos acompañes en nuestro camino. - Con mi cariño y mi Bendición,
