SUNDAY, October 3rd 2021
“WHAT GOD HAS JOINED TOGETHER,
LET NO MAN PUT ASUNDER”.
- Today Jesus speaks of the Creator’s ideal marriage as
the perpetual union of man and woman. If in the very religious
history of the people of Israel there was legislation on divorce,
it was due to biblical realism about human frailty. The Church
has always granted in certain circumstances, the annulment of
marriage, but never, making it an ideal, but simply a concession
to human frailty for those who, for lack of maturity, or coupling
it was impossible for them to live together and fulfill the
precepts of God and the Church regarding marriage: “For your
stubbornness Moses left this precept written, but remember
that what God has joined together, let not man put asunder”.
- Likewise, the first reading reminds us when the Lord
fashioned out of clay all the beasts of the field and all the birds
of the air and presented them to man, to see what name he
would give them… and then he let a lethargy fall upon man and
from it he drew a rib from which he fashioned Eve, the first
woman. And so, when he awoke, he said: “this is bone of my
bones and flesh of my flesh”. In this way appeared the union
of man and woman, requested by their very nature and then
constituted as Union and Blessing of God.
- We can then affirm that conjugal love when lived
in God’s original plan of fidelity, mutual respect and good
communication should be one of the main manifestations of the
kingdom proclaimed by Jesus, given that, in Baptism in Christ,
we are united with Him to have one and the same Father. This
is an exhortation for parents to keep their promises and set a
good example to all.
- Today, in the midst of the crisis of values that we live
in, the most important thing, I believe, has to be the selfevaluation of the couples about their coexistence and forms
of internal relationship within the home, because of this often
depends on the success or failure of the relationship and the
discouragement of the children in front of the commitment.

- Tomorrow, Monday, on the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi,
families can gather in the parish parking lot at 3:00 pm to Bless
pets and other animals. Welcome!
- We will have the CONFIRMATION CELEBRATION OF OUR
YOUTH next Friday and Saturday with Bishops Sanchez and
Massa. Cordially Welcome and let us all pray for them and the
mission that God will give to each one according to the Holy
Spirit.

“LO QUE DIOS HA UNIDO
QUE NO LO SEPARE ÉL HOMBRE”.
- Hoy Jesús habla del matrimonio ideal del Creador
como la unión perpetua del hombre y la mujer. Si en la misma
historia religiosa del pueblo de Israel había una legislación
sobre el divorcio, ello era debido al realismo bíblico sobre la
fragilidad humana. La Iglesia siempre ha concedido en ciertas
circunstancias, la anulación del matrimonio, pero jamás,
haciendo de ello un ideal, sino simplemente una concesión
a la fragilidad humana para aquellos que por no madurez o
acoplamiento les fue imposible convivir y cumplir los preceptos
de Dios y de la Iglesia respecto al matrimonio.: “Por terquedad
vuestra dejó escrito Moisés este precepto, pero recuerden que
los que Dios ha unido, que no lo separe el hombre”.
- De igual manera, la primera lectura nos recuerda
cuando el Señor modeló de arcilla todas las bestias del campo
y todos los pájaros del cielo y le los presentó al hombre, para
ver que nombre les ponía… y luego dejó caer un letargo sobre
el hombre y de él sacó una costilla de la que modeló a Eva, la
primera mujer. Y así, cuando despertó dijo: “ésta sí que es hueso
de mis huesos y carne de mi carne”. De esta manera apareció la
unión del hombre y de la mujer pedida por su misma naturaleza
y constituida luego como Unión y Bendición de Dios.
- Podemos entonces afirmar, que el amor conyugal
cuando se vive en el plan original de Dios de fidelidad, respeto
mutuo y buena comunicación deber ser una de las principales
manifestaciones del reino proclamado por Jesús, dado que,
en el Bautismo en Cristo, nos unimos con El para tener uno y
el mismo Padre. Esto es una exhortación para que los padres
cumplan sus promesas y den buen ejemplo ante todos.
- Hoy en medio de las crisis de valores que vivimos, lo
mas importante considero, ha de ser la autoevaluación de las
parejas sobre su convivencia y formas de relación interna en el
seno del hogar, pues de esto depende muchas veces el éxito
o el fracaso de la relación y el desanimo de los hijos frente al
compromiso.
- Favor los interesados en Boda Católica, venir los días
Sábados a hablar y empezar su preparación y entrevistas con el
Diacono Alfredo. Padre Gabriel estará dispuesto a ayudarles en
lo que necesiten.
Mañana lunes, en la Fiesta de San Francisco de Asís,
las familias pueden reunirse en el parqueadero de la parroquia
a las 3:00 pm para Bendecir las mascotas y otros animales.
