SUNDAY, June 27th 2021
“Death entered the world because of the devil’s
envy. I speak to you child, Arise”.
- Today we rejoice hearing the Voice of God telling us:
“I did not make death, nor I enjoy destroying the living”. He created
all things to sustain; the creatures of the world are wholesome:
there is no poison of death in them. We know that, because of sin,
sickness and death have entered the world, but they are overcome
by the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. He hears the cries
of the neediest, healing the sick and raising the dead. He became
poor so that we might be rich.
- There are many opposing positions on the subject of
death: As Catholics we know it is the bridge between the world
and heaven, where the Lord waits for us, but, many others deny
it and live dissolutely as prodigal children without Faith, Love
neither Hope. Today, at the end of the month of June in which we
pray every day for the deceased fathers, we must recognize that
many of them are surely with God, but perhaps others are not,
because the choice of good and evil is something voluntary and
personal; therefore, if we live with God, we will die and rise again
with Him, otherwise we will not. This is what the second reading
says: “Whoever had much did not have more, and whoever had
little did not have less.”
- In the Gospel of St. Mark, Jesus performs another miracle,
always in favor of human welfare, and at the same time avoiding
any appearance of triumphalism. This means that the proclamation
of the Gospel must be the most natural Christian practice that
frees man without enslaving him. It is enough to have faith in God
so that He will always assist us.
- In conclusion, we can affirm that the following of Jesus
demands from us an attitude of poverty and humility and a
detachment even from very dear realities. We cannot break the
sign of our exclusivity in the service of the Gospel, knowing that
the Eucharist is our food on the way to the Father

“La muerte entro en el mundo por la envidia del diablo. Contigo hablo niña, Levántate”.
- Nos alegra hoy escuchar la Voz de Dios que nos dice:
Dios no hizo la muerte ni goza destruyendo a los vivientes.
Todo lo creó para que subsistiera; pues las criaturas del
mundo son saludables: En ellas no hay veneno de muerte.
Sabemos que, a causa del pecado, la enfermedad y la muerte
han entrado al mundo, pero las vence la Resurrección de
Nuestro Señor Jesucristo. El escucha los lamentos de los
más necesitados, sanando a los enfermos y resucitando a
los muertos. El se hizo pobre para que nosotros fuéramos
ricos.
- Frente al tema de la muerte surgen muchas
posiciones encontradas: Para nosotros los católicos se nos
presenta como el puente entre el mundo y el cielo, a donde
nos espera el Señor, mientras muchos otros la niegan y
viven disolutamente como hijos pródigos sin Fe, sin Amor
y sin Esperanza. Hoy al culminar el mes de junio en el cual
oramos todos los días por los padres fallecidos, hemos de
reconocer que muchos de ellos de seguro están con Dios,
pero quizás otros no, pues la opción del bien y del mal,
es algo voluntario y personal; por lo tanto, si vivimos con
Dios, con Dios moriremos y resucitaremos. De lo contrario
no. Esto dice la segunda lectura al final: “Al que recogía
mucho no le sobraba; y al que recogía poco, no le faltaba”.
Y cuando alguien muere, recoge de lo que sembró.
- En el Evangelio de Sn Marcos, Jesús realiza otro
milagro mas y siempre en favor del bienestar humano, y al
mismo tiempo evitando toda apariencia de triunfalismo.
Esto quiere decir que la proclamación del Evangelio tiene que
ir acompañada como la cosa mas natural, de una practica
cristiana que sea liberadora del hombre y no esclavizante.
‘BASTA QUE TENGA FE” y Dios obra lo que necesitamos.
- En el Evangelio de Sn Marcos, Jesús realiza otro

19 Aniversario Sacerdotal que celebro hoy en la Fiesta de
San Pedro y San Pablo, a partir de las 6:30 pm Gracias de
todo corazón.
