SUNDAY, APRIL 4th 2021
“Today we joyfully offer a sacrifice of praise to the Father who
raised his Son from the dead. Let us to accept the life that
Christ offers us. He is the Paschal Lamb who has been slain!”.
- The Feast of Easter has traditionally been an event that
touches the human heart. For our Christian Faith this event of
the Resurrection of the Lord has been embedded in the history
of Salvation, for “If Christ had not risen from the dead, our
Faith would be in vain”. The Paschal feast surpasses all man’s
expectations throughout history, for it is the feast of the new life
promised by Our Lord Jesus Christ: “I will die on a cross, but on
the third day I will rise from the dead”. This is the great news of
what we live and renew today in our baptismal promises.
- Evangelize is to witness the Resurrection of Jesus; who
spent his life doing good and fighting for the liberation of the
oppressed, procuring the salvation of all; even so, it cannot be
reduced only to a project of mere intra-historical liberation, but
embraces and commits all of us who insert ourselves with Christ:
“All who believe in me, though they are dead, yet shall they live,
and he who believes in me shall never die”. Therefore, we affirm
with Faith with the psalm says “This is the day in which the Lord
has acted, let it be our joy and our gladness”.
- The Christian, by the fact that his resurrection is already
assured, cannot be satisfied with purely earthly and historical
values, but must be constantly projected towards to the reign of
God, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God the Father.
- Finally, we can affirm that Mary Magdalene, Peter and
John were not visionaries: they witnesses that confirmed what
they saw. These facts not only demonstrate the Resurrection, but
they came to believe because they accepted the invisible call of
God, who comes to meet us.
- Like the first disciples, Jesus comes today to us, alive
and true, to reaffirm our faith; therefore, it is our greatest joy to
transmit and preserve in the traditions we have seen and heard;
He is alive within each one of us and we can give testimony, of
how Jesus came into my life, touched me and transformed me
into a new creature.
- HAPPY EASTER OF RESURRECTION TO ALL OF YOU,
DEAR FAMILIES AND PARISHIONERS OF THE HOLY SACRAMENT,
AND ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO WERE ABLE TO ATTEND AND
PARTICIPATE IN OUR CELEBRATIONS, WHICH CULMINATE TODAY,
I INVITE TO LIVE FROM NOW ON AS THE LORD COMMANDS US.

“Hoy ofrecemos gozosos un sacrificio de alabanza al Padre que
Resucito a su Hijo de entre los muertos. Mostrémonos resueltos
a aceptar la vida que Cristo nos ofrece. ÉL es el Cordero Pascual
que ha sido inmolado!”.
- La Fiesta de Pascua ha sido tradicionalmente un evento
que conmueve el Corazón humano. Por nuestra Fe Cristiana
este evento de la Resurrección del Señor ha quedado encajado
en la historia de la Salvación, Pues “si Cristo muerto no hubiese
resucitado, vana seria nuestra Fe”. La fiesta Pascual supera todas
las expectativas del hombre a lo largo de la historia., pues es la
fiesta de la vida nueva prometida por Nuestro Señor Jesucristo:
“Moriré en una cruz, pero al tercer día, Resucitaré de entre
los muertos”. Esta es la gran novedad de lo que hoy vivimos y
renovamos a nivel de Fe y compromiso cristiano y de nuestras
promesas bautismales.
- Evangelizar es testificar la Resurrección de Jesús; quien
pasó su vida haciendo el bien y luchando por la liberación de
los oprimidos, procurando la salvación de todos; aun así, no
puede reducirse únicamente a un proyecto de mera liberación
intrahistórica, sino que abarca y compromete a todos los que nos
insertamos con Cristo: “Todos los que creen en mí, aunque estén
muertos vivirán, y el que cree en mí, no morirá para siempre”. Por
lo tanto, afirmamos con Fe con el salmo diciendo “Este es el día en
que actuó el Señor, sea nuestra alegría y nuestro gozo”.
- El cristiano, por el hecho de tener ya asegurada su
resurrección, no puede conformarse con los valores puramente
terrenos e históricos, sino que debe estar constantemente
proyectado hacia esa zona superior, donde Cristo esta sentado a
la derecha de Dios Padre.
- Por último, podemos afirmar que María Magdalena,
Pedro y Juan no eran unos visionarios: Solo constataron lo que
vieron. Estos hechos no solo demuestran la Resurrección, ya que
ellos llegaron a creer porque aceptaron la llamada invisible de
Dios, que sale a nuestro encuentro. - Como a los primeros discípulos, Viene Jesús hoy Vivo
y Verdadero a reafirmar nuestra Fe; por lo tanto, es nuestra
mayor alegría, transmitir y conservar en nuestras tradiciones lo
que hemos visto y oído; pues El esta vivo dentro de cada uno de
nosotros y de esto podemos dar testimonio, de cómo Jesús llego
a mi vida, me tocó y me transformó en una criatura nueva.
- FELICES PASCUAS DE RESURRECCIÓN PARA TODOS Y
CADA UNO DE USTEDES, QUERIDAS FAMILIAS Y FELIGRESES
DEL SANTÍSIMO SACRAMENTO, EN ESPECIAL POR TODOS
LOS QUE PUDIERON ASISTIR Y PARTICIPAR DE NUESTRAS
SENTIDAS CELEBRACIONES, QUE CULMINAN HOY, PARA VIVIR
EN ADELANTE COMO EL SEÑOR MANDA.
- Dios mismo los recompense por su generosidad y apoyo a nuestra
