“THE WHEAT AND THE TARES MUST GROW TOGETHER”
- The Kingdom of God is not only the fullness of God’s
presence and the fullness of human happiness, but also a previous
history, in which there will have to be a struggle before the end
of history is a grave sin of impatience. The world of man is the
place where God as the good sower has left traces of everything
created; while the enemy, the devil, sows next to him the weeds
that harm man and turn us away from the path of good.
- How many times and in how many ways has he deceived
us too, to disarticulate us from the church? And so, as we have
condescended to him? Lord, do you want us to go and separate
the wheat from the tares? No, says the Lord, for the whole crop
would be ruined. Let them grow together, and when the wheat is
ripe, cut it up and separate it from the tares, which you shall bind
and burn.
- There is no other God besides Thee, says the book of
wisdom; for Thy power is the beginning of justice and of Thy
universal sovereignty. “Thou art good and gracious Lord, rich
in mercy to those who call upon thee; Lord, hear my prayer and
attend to the voice of my supplication”.Let us remember,
brothers and sisters, that it is the Spirit of God who intercedes
for us to bring us to God; for it is he who sows in us the Word
that transforms us and makes us “children of light. That is why
we are not in the world to condemn it, but to save it. If we are
clean wheat, that is to say, Righteous, we will one day shine like
the sun in the kingdom of the Father.
- Today’sreflection should make us evaluate the inner man
that we are, since each one of us is the product of all that we
have lived and learned throughout our lives. It is very important
to be self-critical, to know how far we know ourselves and how
we react to others. We congratulate the Divine Child on His
National Day every July 20, which we have just celebrated with
the Independence of Colombia on the 20th of this month. Thanks
to all who have made it possible to live it, and share all gifts and
talents received freely from God.

Desde el escritorio del Padre Gabriel Toro:
“EL TRIGO Y LA CIZAÑA HAN DE
CRECER JUNTOS”
- El Reino de Dios no es únicamente la plenitud de la presencia
de Dios y la plenitud, de la felicidad humana, sino también una historia
previa, en la que tendrá que haber un combate antes del final de la
historia es un grave pecado de impaciencia. El mundo del hombre es el
lugar donde Dios como el buen sembrador ha dejado huellas de todo
lo creado; mientras el enemigo, el diablo siembra a su lado la cizaña
que daña al hombre y nos aparta del camino del bien.
- ¿Cuántas veces y de cuantas formas nos ha engañado también
a nosotros, para desarticularnos de la iglesia? ¿Y así, como nosotros
hemos condescendido con él? ¿Señor, quieres que vayamos a separar
el trigo de la cizaña? No, dice el Señor, pues todo el cultivo se arruinaría.
Déjenlos crecer juntos y cuando este el trigo maduro, córtenlo y
sepárelo de la cizaña, la cual atarán y la quemarán.
- Fuera de Ti, no hay otro Dios, nos dice el libro de la sabiduría;
pues tu poder es el principio de la justicia y de tu soberanía universal.
“Tú eres Señor bueno y clemente, rico en misericordia con los que te
invocan; Señor escucha mi oración y Atiende a la voz de mi suplica”.
- Recordemos, hermanos que el Espíritu de Dios es el que
intercede, por nosotros para llevarnos a Dios; pues es quien siembra
en nosotros la Palabra que nos transforma y nos convierte en “hijos
de la luz. Por eso no estamos en el mundo para condenarlo, sino para
salvarlo. Si somos trigo limpio, es decir, Justos, brillaremos en un día
como el sol en el reino del Padre.
- Esta reflexión de hoy nos ha de hacer una evaluación del
hombre interior que somos; puesto que cada uno es el producto de
todo lo que hemos vivido y aprendido a lo largo de nuestra vida. Es
muy importante la autocrítica, para saber hasta donde nos conocemos
y como reaccionamos frente a los demás.
- T Esta reflexión de hoy nos ha de hacer una evaluación del
hombre interior que somos; puesto que cada uno es el producto de
todo lo que hemos vivido y aprendido a lo largo de nuestra vida. Es
muy importante la autocrítica, para saber hasta donde nos conocemos
y como reaccionamos frente a los demás.
