SUNDAY, MARCH 7th 2021
“THE LAW WAS GIVEN THROUGH MOSES”.
- The law is given to those who saved, to continue the
plan of Salvation. The Decalogue appears in the First Reading as
a summary of absolute commands that order our relationship
with God. It is based on the Love to God and to the Neighbor
as to ourselves, as it is showed in the New Testament. It is the
spirit of the law, we must follow in our life with love.
- The Gospel tell us the only time that Jesus acts violently
against the Jews: “Destroy this temple and in three days I will
raise them up”. In memory of this sad and disappointing event
for Jesus, we also see today how temples and religious articles
are profaned and even thousands of tabernacles in the world
are plundered and trampled by the enemies of the Church,
Priests, ministers and Religious vilely murdered, but I asked
myself, what did they are gaining of this?
- Let us ask the Lord in this third week of Lent to calm
the storms of evil that surround us and inspire us to a change
and transformation of life, with a firm, humble and persevering
spirit through our daily work and in the midst of the family and
parish community.

- … And let’s not forget THE ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL
CAMPAIGN, which is a commitment of all to achieve the goal
of $150,000 imposed by the Diocese. Remember, if each of us
contribute $100 a year in 10 installments of $10, it will surely
more than the assigned goal and the balance funds will be
returned to us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

“LA LEY SE DIO POR MEDIO DE MOISÉS”
- La ley se da a los que habían sido antes salvados, para
imprimir continuidad en el plan de Salvación. Aparece en la
Primera Lectura el Decálogo como un sumario de preceptos
absolutos y reguladores de nuestra relación con Dios,
fundamentado como se implementa en el nuevo testamento
sobre el Amor a Dios y al Prójimo, como a nosotros mismos; Lo
demás es el espíritu de la ley de la vida que debemos llevar.
- El salmo 18 nos recuerda que el Señor tiene Palabras
de Vida Eterna y sus normas son rectas y alegran el corazón
de quien la vive intensamente. En la segunda lectura, nos
recuerda San Pablo que “Predicamos a un Cristo Crucificado,
escandalo para los hombres, pero Sabiduría de Dios, para los
llamados,”.
- En el Evangelio se nos presenta la única vez que Jesús
actúa violentamente contra los judíos: “Destruid este templo
y en tres días los levantare”. En memoria de este hecho tan
triste y decepcionante para Jesús, vemos también hoy como
se profanan los templos y los artículos religiosos y hasta miles
de Sagrarios en el mundo son saqueados y pisoteados por
los enemigos de la Iglesia, Sacerdotes, ministros y Religiosos
vilmente asesinados, ¿Y que lograron de esto?
- Pidamos, hermanos al Señor en esta tercera Semana
de Cuaresma que apacigüe las tormentas del mal que nos
rodea y nos inspire a un cambio y transformación de vida, con
un espíritu firme, humilde y perseverante a través de nuestro
trabajo diario y en medio de la familia y comunidad parroquial. - Les invito el próximo viernes, 5 de marzo al rezo del Sto.
Rosario y Viacrucis a cargo de los Ministros extraordinarios
de la Comunión, desde las 7 pm en el templo parroquial.

la cual es compromiso de todos para lograr la meta de $150.000
impuesta por la Diócesis. Recuerden si cada uno aportamos
$100 dólares al año en 10 cuotas de $10 dólares, de seguro
alcanza y el recaudo excedente nos los devuelven. Gracias de
