From the Pastor Desk –
12TH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME–
- – THE LORD IS STRENGTH
AND SALVATION FOR ALL.
- -The liturgy of this Sunday makes us think
about the foundations of our beliefs and the rejection of
many towards a God who is Lord of the entire universe
and of all human destinies. The mission of the prophets was difficult.
- -They were led by messages that they transmitted in the midst of many enemies and persecutors, often traveling paths of anguish and discouragement. The
First Reading tells us: “I heard the whispering of the
people, we are going to expose it, we will take it and
take revenge. The point of reflection in the second
reading proposes solidarity in good:” Overcome evil by
force of good “; “For if by one-man sin entered into all,
also by One and Holy One did Grace enter, forgiveness
and mercy.”
- -For all of us who represent Mother Church in
this time of crisis, in the midst of so many disorientations and different versions on the subject of God, the
Magisterium, the Sacred and the Profane, etc. we are
motivated to continue our pastoral work, as the Gospel
proclaims: “Do not be afraid of those who kill the
body, but cannot kill the soul.”
- -I exhort you that in the midst of the adversities
and setbacks that we are all going through in the midst
of this pandemic, that we return to the path of parenting
and giving a good education to our children, in the
healthy, respectful and valued environments that we
had in our childhood. In this way, we will be able to
reorient family and Christian life in search of a better
future for all.

EL SEÑOR ES FUERZA Y
SALVACIÓN PARA TODOS—
La liturgia de este domingo nos hacer pensar en
los fundamentos de nuestras creencias y en el rechazo de
muchos hacia un Dios dueño y Señor de todo el universo
y de todos los destinos humanos; de ahí la misión tan
difícil de los profetas que se veían abocados por unos
mensajes que transmitían en medio de muchos enemigos
y perseguidores, recorriendo muchas veces caminos de
angustia y de desaliento, como dice la Primera Lectura:
“Oía el cuchicheo de la gente, vamos a delatarlo, lo cogeremos y nos vengaremos”… y el punto de reflexión en
la segunda lectura propone la solidaridad en el bien:
“Vencer el mal a fuerza de bien”; “pues si por un hombre entró el pecado a todos, también por Uno solo y Santo entró la Gracia, el perdón y la misericordia”.
- – Y para quienes representamos la Madre Iglesia
en esta época de crisis de Fe, en medio de tantas
desorientaciones y versiones diferentes sobre el tema de
Dios, del Magisterio, de lo Sagrado y de lo Profano, etc.
Nos vemos motivados a seguir nuestro trabajo pastoral
en medio de adversidades, como proclama el Evangelio:
“No tengan miedo a los que matan el cuerpo, pero no
pueden matar el alma”..
- – Les exhorto para que en medio de las adversidades y contrariedades que estamos atravesando todos en
general en medio de esta pandemia, podamos como mínimo retomar el camino de la Crianza y la Buena Educación de nuestros niños, en aquellos ambientes sanos, respetuosos y de valores que tuvimos la mayoría en nuestra
época infantil…. Así, podremos reorientar el proyecto
de vida familiar y cristiana en busca de un futuro mejor
para todos. Oremos todos por el bien de todos.
