From the Pastor Desk –
Palm Sunday of The Passion of the Lord-
- The world we live in is not common to witness a
person giving its life for the sake of others; but it is common
that some people take the lives of others for no reason. The
saddest part is that humanity has become accustomed to
wars, hunger, torture, oppression, terrorism, that many places and people are exterminated in different ways, as we envision it now with the global pandemic we are facing. In
spite all these results, there are also so many good people in
the world, and even people who give their life in benefit
others by living in solidarity, service and dedication with all
different professions and talents without expecting anything
in return.
- They love helping others to have a more honest
and healthy life.
The reading of the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ is a
unique example that the true path to the perfection is our
love for others, until we are able to give our life for others.
- This is to affirm what our Christian faith proclaims that
whoever loses his life for the gospel will inherit the kingdom of heaven.
Today, close to Easter vigil, we prepare ourselves from the
love of our families in an atmosphere of more spirituality
with the whole Church, the annual celebration of the mysteries of the Passion, death and Resurrection of the Lord, mysteries that began today with the solemn entry of the Lord
into Jerusalem, so please come to collect a blessed palm at
the entrance of the temple, then with prayers and songs, let
us sing to the Lord: “Hosanna to the Son of David, blessed
is he who comes in the name of the Lord, the King of Israel.
- Welcome everyone in a spiritual way to Easter 2020.
Fraternally,
Father Gabriel Jaime Toro R – Parish Administrator

Bienvenidos
todos espiritualmente a la Semana Santa del 2020. -
- Fraternalmente,
- Padre Gabriel Jaime Toro R – Administrador Parroquial
